All items sold by AEON are pre-owned, second-hand, vintage, or archival pieces, unless explicitly stated as brand new in the product description.

SIGNS OF WEAR & AUTHENTICITY

Due to their pre-owned nature, items may exhibit natural characteristics of previous use, age, storage, or wear, including:

  • Minor marks

  • Slight fading

  • Fabric softening

  • Hardware patina

These characteristics form part of the item’s history and provenance and are not considered defects when they are:

  • Described

  • Photographed

  • Reasonably visible

  • Consistent with the item’s stated age and condition grade

DISPLAY & COLOUR ACCURACY

We make every effort to display product colours and condition details as accurately as possible.

However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on:

  • Lighting conditions

DISCONTINUATION & CHANGES

AEON reserves the right to:

TAXES & VAT

Prices displayed for customers in the European Union include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT / BTW) where legally required.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

For orders shipped outside the European Union, including the UK, USA, Canada, and the rest of the world:

  • Brokerage charges

are the sole responsibility of the customer.

These costs are non-refundable by AEON.

  • Delivery dates and delivery time frames are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • AEON is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

    • Customs processing

    • Import procedures

    • Weather conditions

    • Strikes

    • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
